From a very young age, I have always been intrigued by the camera. Taking it everywhere I went trying to capture meaningful moments from my early childhood to the present day. Whether it was a day at the beach or climbing trees with my friends, I had a camera. My love for photography grew quickly as I started getting my mother’s (another photographer) hand-me-down equipment. It wasn’t until I entered the horse world that I started to gain a presence on social media. With the help of my trainer, Megan, and my barn family at Shamrock Manor Equestrian, I began to grow a clientele base in order to share and improve my work. Then, at the age of 14, I started my official business, Ariel Harper Photography. After countless hours at horse shows photographing class after class, I quickly grew my photography skills and began selling my images. This opened opportunity across the equestrian community where I was able to work under countless Pro-Photographers on various Hunter/Jumper circuits, including WEF, County Heir, and Venice Equestrian Tour. In addition to equestrian events, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing congressional townhalls, campaign events, and various rallies. Now at 18, navigating through college, I plan to continue growing as a photographer, videographer, and a business owner in the Metro-Atlanta area offering a variety of services including, but not limited to, portraits, equestrian, and sport.
